The
Columns does require all clients
to review our rental policy.
All clients are presented a
full copy of our rental policy
during their tour of The Columns
or you can access the policy
below.
Our
rental policy includes:
Functions
include up to 8 hours, starting
from the time your guests arrive.
Any
public advertising of your
event must be cleared by the
Columns.
A
50% deposit will reserve the
date and time of your event
Tables
are 60-inch round, comfortably
seating 8 people per table.
Additional rectangular tables
are also available according
to your needs.
We
do NOT supply table linens,
napkins, chair covers or center
pieces.
The
Columns is a smoke free facility,
no exceptions.
The
Columns has no exclusive agreement
with any caterer. You may use
any reputable and qualified
caterer of your choice.
The
caterer must be licensed and
insured and provide The Columns
with an insurance certificate.
Homeowners insurance will cover
if no caterer is being used.
A
350 pound ice machine is available
for use.
Alcoholic
beverages are permitted. Insurance
is required.
Power
requirements: 110V and 220V
are available
Dressing
and changing areas are available
Parking – Limited
parking is available in
front of The Columns and
there are 60 parking spaces
available behind The Columns
with a rear entrance into
the building.
The
Altoona Parking Authority will
make FREE parking available
to your guests for a single
fee. Arrangements are made
directly through the Altoona
Parking Authority by calling
814-943-8133 or 814-944-0559.
